Kylie Jenner not only confirmed her long-speculated pregnancy; she also gave birth to her first child. She and Travis Scott welcomed a baby girl on February 1. Though the beauty mogul kept quiet about the pregnancy news since gossip first circulated in September, she released a mini-documentary taking us through the private details of her journey.
“I’m sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions,” she told her fans on Instagram today. “I understand you’re used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how.”
She continued, “There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and for my happiness.”

The doc starts off with a clip from when Kylie was born, and her mother Kris Jenner held her in the delivery room.
“Whatever your name is going to be, this is how I found out about you,” Jordyn Woods, Kylie’s best friend starts narrating. “Your mother and I were living our lives, having fun. She met your father, and they just hit it off.”

She goes on to share a story of how the reality star first found out she was pregnant. “I was in your mom’s bathroom with her, and she took a little test,” Woods adds. “We were sitting in the tub.” More of Kylie’s friends add in and reminisce on the moment they found out she was with child. “She gave us a look,” they add.
A lot of the footage also includes sweet moments and PDA between Kylie and Travis Scott, who have remained private about their relationship—until now. There are clips of them together at home, backstage at the rapper’s shows, being together on the beach, and attending doctor’s appointments.

We also get a peek of Jenner’s baby shower, which, as previously reported, was a private celebration at home with her family and closest friends. The venue was adorned with pink roses, in honor of her baby girl, and guests wore matching pink silk pajamas.

Kylie also had a sister pregnancy moment with Khloé Kardashian, who is also expecting. Khloé confirmed her baby news in December.
She also met Kim and Kanye’s new baby, Chicago West.
Finally, Kylie shows us what happened the day she gave birth. She was joined in the delivery room by Travis, Khloé, Kris Jenner, and Kendall (who called in via Facetime). The screen goes black during the delivery, but then we hear the baby’s first cries. Kylie’s baby girl makes a brief appearance in the final moments of the video.
