Leighton Meester and Adam Brody

It’s not often that Leighton Meester and Adam Brody venture out together on the red carpet, but when they do, they’re sure to bring their A game.

The couple appeared together yesterday during the Los Angeles premiere of Warner Bros.’ Shazam! Fury of the Gods. For the occasion, the Gossip Girl alum wore a glittering gold maxi dress, which included ruffles at the hem and at the ends of the mid-length sleeves. She paired the look with beige sandals, a black rectangular clutch, and drop earrings. For her glam, Meester repped a natural look, accenting the outfit with a glossy rose lip, and wore her chestnut brown hair down in soft waves.

Meanwhile, Brody looked classy in a double-breasted suit in navy, which he wore with a crisp white button-down and shiny maroon loafers.

Meester and Brody last made a public appearance together in November 2022, when they attended the New York City premiere of FX’s Fleishman Is in Trouble, in which The O.C. actor stars.

At the time, Meester wore a chocolate brown velvet slipdress, which featured a sand-colored cowl neckline and multitoned floral adornments all over, as well as metallic gold strappy heels and mini gold hoop earrings. Brody wore a teal suit by Paul Smith, a light blue speckled button-down, a dark blue tie, and black leather dress shoes.

The couple—who married in a secret ceremony in 2014 and have since welcomed two kids—are known for keeping the details of their private lives largely out of the public spotlight.

Brody previously offered a rare glimpse into their marriage while speaking on Anna Faris’s podcast, Anna Faris Is Unqualifiedin 2021.

“I was very attracted to her from jump. She’s a heavenly creature. I thought she was gorgeous,” he said of his initial impression of Meester. “And come to find out she’s literally like Joan of Arc. She is the strongest, best person I know. She is my moral compass and North Star, and I just can’t say enough good things about her character. It’s crazy.”
