The couple that teases each other stays together, right? At least that seems to be the case with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, whose cute couple moments are legion.
The latest one: yesterday was Blake's 30th birthday, and so Ryan naturally shouted her out on his Instagram. Erm, kind of - his caption may say, "Happy Birthday to my amazing wife," but his photo tells a different story:

The birthday girl herself hasn't posted anything on her Instagram, but since Ryan helpfully tagged her in his birthday picture, she's sure to catch it (and honestly, was probably there when he posted the snap).
These two clearly know how to throw a good birthday bash, with Blake throwing what looked like an amazing party for Ryan's birthday last year:
