South Korean heartthrob Song Joong-ki, who recently made headlines announcing his marriage to British girlfriend Katy Louise Saunders, is now set to star alongside actress Choi Sung-eun in a new Netflix film, My Name is Loh Kiwan.

Song will play North Korean defector Loh Kiwan, who escapes to Belgium to seek freedom and a better life, where he ends up falling in love with Choi’s character Mari, a former Korean shooter who has lost the will to live. Based off the novel I Met Loh Kiwan, the film will also star Cho Han-cheul, Kim Sung-roung, Lee Il-hwa, Lee Sang-hee, and Seo Hyun-woo.
