It’s official. Regé-Jean Page is the man we’re lusting after in 2021. The star of hit Netflix period drama Bridgerton has us spellbound—and we just cannot get enough of him.
Though he’s only now at the forefront of many women’s consciousness, the English actor of Zimbabwean-descent has been acting a lot longer than you know. The Drama Centre London graduate had an uncredited appearance in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, at Bill and Fleur’s wedding scene alongside Emma Watson. He also played Madzimoyo Khora in the 2018 post-apocalyptic film Mortal Engines, starring Robert Sheehan and Hera Hilmarsdóttir.
Take a quick scroll through Page’s Instagram profile and you’ll see that not only does he look really good shirtless, the man also knows a thing or two about style. Which may or may not be the work of a really good stylist, but we’re not complaining.
And now to answer the question that’s on everyone’s lips: Is he single? Well, rumour has it that Page and Bridgerton co-star Phoebe Dynevor are dating, but in an interview, the new leading man was quick to shut down rumours, explaining that their steamy chemistry is meant solely for the television screen. You can now heave a sigh of relief.
