Over the weekend, Paris Couture Week was treated to an unexpected front row guest: Céline Dion. The singer made her return to the fashion week scene for the first time since 2007, sitting front row at both the Giambattista Valli Couture and Christian Dior Couture shows.
In a performance so incredible that it rivaled her live rendition of “My Heart Will Go On,” Dion morphed into the greatest fashion cheerleader any front row has ever seen while attending the Giambattista Valli show. There was laughter, there was cheering, yelling, thumbs up and emotions you haven’t witnessed since you last watched the end of Titanic with a pint of ice cream.
Below, behold the best of Dion’s reactions to Giambattista Valli Couture and keep your fingers crossed that this isn’t the last we see of Dion in the front row this week.
First, she brought her A game and showed up ready to turn her row into a rowdy crowd at the NBA finals:
She then went on to prove she’s not your regular front row attendee, she’s a COOL front row attendee:
But really, who says fashion isn’t as intense as a football game in overtime?
Then, she was able to quickly transform her expressions when things got more emotional than listening to “All By Myself” alone in your bedroom:
She really made you feel all the feelings:
And she wasn’t even afraid to express her disapproval at questionable runway looks:
The FASHUN then just got so good that she didn’t actually know if her heart would go on after all:
Really, all any of us could ever want is for someone to look at you the way Céline Dion looks at couture gowns:
Moral of the story? Every front row needs a Céline.
