The Prosperity Reunion Set Dinner ($149++/person) includes signature dishes such as Double-Boiled Thick Chicken Broth with Duo of Scallop; Bamboo Pith and Flower Mushroom, as well as the Steamed Glutinous and Jasmine Rice with Chinese Sausage Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, while the Fortune Reunion Set Dinner ($169++/person) offers Braised Bird’s Nest with Duo Caviar in Supreme Broth, and Stewed Ee-Fu Noodle with King Prawn in Superior Stock, among other highlights.

Ring in the Year of the Ox with Chinese delights alongside mesmerising views of Singapore’s skyline at Andaz Singapore‘s Auntie’s Wok and Steam helmed by Xi’an-born Chinese Chef Guo Qiang.

From January 25 to February 26, Treat yourself and your loved ones to heartwarming delicacies with full-bodied flavours such as Fish Maw Soup ($52*) with sea cucumber and conpoy, Steamed Marble Goby Fish ($98*) blanketed in luscious homemade Nyonya sauce, Ginseng-braised French Whole Chicken ($68*), Auspicious Treasures Pen Cai ($128*) complete with premium ingredients such as eight-head abalone and tiger prawns, as well as Andaz Healthy Yu Sheng ($68*) comprising sliced Scottish smoked salmon and superfood fruits, vegetables and seeds.

This new year, the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering’s Lime Restaurant will be serving up the Feast of Fortune menu from January 29 to February 26, that includes a mix of Chinese flavours and classic favourites such as Szechuan Chicken with Matcha Soba Noodles; Pan Seared Szechuan Pepper-Infused Marinated Pork Chop; Rock Salt Oven Baked Free and Range Chicken as well as Roasted Beef in Natural Jus. If you’re feeling especially adventurous, there’s the Tteokbokki with Bolognese or Truffle Mushroom Cream Sauce (the chef’s unique take on the classic Korean rice-cake dish) and the crowd-favourite, Seafood on Ice. For dessert, don’t miss the Yuzu Meringue Tart and Eight Treasures Cake.

Alternatively, try the Joyful Reunions menu (available from February 11 to 14, and February 26). Signature dishes include the Braised Premium Pot, Pickering Lobster Laksa and Roasted Beef Prime Ribs in Natural Jus. Plus, Lime’s Prosperity Yu Sheng for you to usher in good health and wealth.

If you plan on staying indoors, you can even order in dishes like the Reunion Pen Cai; Braised Golden Oyster with Broccoli, Mushroom and Sea Moss; traditional Nian Gao, as well as Carrot Cake with Preserved Meat and Dried Shrimps.
