David Beckham is just as embarrassing as regular people’s parents — and actually, considering he has about a billion followers on his Instagram account, his “daddisms” and cheeky comments manage to reach audiences we dread to think about.

First of all, seeing as David and Brooklyn are clearly really close — getting intowrestling matches, talking about girls, and competing over Instagram followers— David’s Insta comments are obviously all in good humour. But STILL, parents on Instagram is a strange concept, and one that Brooklyn is no stranger to.
Basically, the whole thing started when Brooklyn uploaded a moody black and white snap on his Insta page with the comment, “Rocking the old school Ralph Lauren.” What Brooklyn failed to mention was that the “old school Ralph Lauren” in question was actually his dad’s sweater. Cue David Beckham wading in and claiming rights over it. “That’s my jumper,” he commented.

He did also chuck a like on the image, which is quite polite really when Brooklyn essentially raided his wardrobe without authorisation. Ha!
