Her modeling career may still be in its baby stages, but Gigi Hadid‘s meteoric rise to super status has been truly remarkable. In less than two years, the blonde beauty has proven herself beloved among fashion’s most renowned houses (from Balmain to DVF) and even by the music industry (from Calvin Harris to Joe Jonas). While she’s catwalked her way down countless runways and has appeared in and even directed music videos, Hadid unknowingly added another title to her résumé—one that, as she describes, places her in “iconic” territory.
Making her first-ever TV cameo (with the exception of short spots on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, in which her mother, Yolanda Foster, stars), Hadid was satirized by Comedy Central for their latest episode of South Park—where her avatar talks body-shaming while showing off her cartooned curves in a completely sheer LBD.
Although the appearance was unexpected, to say the 5-foot-10 stunner wasn’t thrilled by the surprise would be a lie. “I’ve been informed that I was on South Park this week for aprox 5 seconds,” she tweeted. “Soo that’s officially the most iconic 5 seconds of my existence.” Take a look below:
She may have been slightly skewered in the clip (we’re still not sure how we feel about her character being called a “stupid b—ch”), but Hadid is taking it all in stride. Because as a wise man once said, “If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em.” Or in this particular case: “F ’em if they can’t take a joke.”
