• J.Lo recently revealed that her wedding to Alex Rodriguez has been put on hold.

If you've seen Hustlers, which should be required viewing at this point, then you're no stranger to Jennifer Lopez's abs. And despite the fact that most of the world is currently living in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic, J.Lo appears to be maintaining her epic fitness routine.

Taking to Instagram to share two incredible mirror selfies, the superstar wrote, "If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you… #CamoFriday @niyamasol." Clearly, this should be a call to action for anyone who, like me, has almost exclusively been surviving on cake during quarantine.

In April, Lopez appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and revealed that her wedding to Alex Rodriguez has been put on hold because of the current pandemic. She explained, "Actually, it did affect it a little bit, so we will see what happens now."

The star of The Wedding Planner continued, "Honestly, I really don't know what's going to happen now, as far as dates or anything like that. We're just kind of in a holding pattern like the rest of the world. Again, it's something that we're gonna have to wait and see in a few months, how this all pans out."
