After much speculation about their marital status, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have reportedly confirmed that they actually did tie the knot. While at breakfast at Los Angeles hot spot Joans On Third, a fan sat next to the lovebirds and got the inside scoop.

Nona Melkoni, who dined next to Bieber and Baldwin, says that they were not hesitant to flaunt their love. “I asked them if they were married and they simultaneously said yes!” she told Us Weekly. “They were both very happy and kind. He told me that she’s his angel. They were super sweet!”

Another fan at the table with Melkoni snapped an adorable video of Bieber and Baldwin kissing over their meal.

Hailey wore an oversized blazer and black hoodie for the outing, and posed with a bunch of fans inside of the restaurant.

Hailey recently gushed about her fiancé/husband in the November issue of Harper’s BAZAAR. “He is incredible. He crushes everything. Every song, every feature. It’s crazy to see what he does. I’m always blown away,” she said of Bieber.

Rumors began to swirl that Bieber and Baldwin had secretly wed after TMZ spotted them entering a marriage bureau court house in NYC last month. An insider also told TMZ that Bieber was emotional during the visit, and was reportedly crying as he told Baldwin, “I can’t wait to marry you, baby.”

Justin first confirmed his engagement to the model in July with a sweet message on Instagram. “Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY,” he wrote on the post.
