The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are half way through their three-day tour in Ireland this week, and Kate opted for a fashion-forward choice for their second evening out in Dublin. While we're used to HRH sporting midi lengths, body-hugging shapes that accentuate her waist and three-quarter length sleeves, we're also used to her turning to one of her favorite English labels when dressing for appearances in and out of the United Kingdom. But this time—the Duchess went vintage, from American label Oscar de la Renta.

For a reception hosted by Irish Tanaiste Simon Coveney at the Museum of Literature Ireland, the Duchess stepped out in a magenta cocktail dress with a ruffled neck, black Swiss-dot print, and black trimming at the cuffs, neck, and waist. She accessorized the look with her staple pointed toe pumps, this time in black suede, a black minaudière, and a pair of dainty hoops earrings. A swept back ponytail complemented the high neckline of the dress, and showed off her new haircut.

This pop-colored look comes after another chic choice Kate made for last night's outing, to a reception at the Guinness Storehouse's Gravity Bar. Last night, Kate paired her black pumps with an emerald lamé cocktail dress with a ruffled hem by new, It-girl label The Vampire's Wife. This came after her donning her Reiss "Olivia" coat over a pair of skinny black pants and an Equipment blouse to Jigsaw, Ireland's National Centre for Youth Mental Health in Dublin, during the day.

With one more day left of the royal couple's Irish tour, the duo is expected to go to County Kildare and Galway tomorrow—which promises one if not two more looks from the Duchess, who spent the better part of this afternoon in her riding gear visiting the Teagasc Animal & Grassland Research Centre at Grange, in County Meath.
