- • The Duchess of Cambridge has worn a spectrum of colors for her Zoom conferences.
- • Fans of Kate are positing that her bright fashion statements are in support of the National Health Service.
Even while in quarantine, the Duchess of Cambridges’s wardrobe is brightening everyone’s mood. Fans of Kate Middleton have noticed that the stream of ensembles featured on her periodic Zoom conferences form all the colors of the rainbow, supposedly in support of the National Health Service (NHS), an organization that has become synonymous with the multihued spectrum as a symbol of support. Cue The Wizard of Oz or Evita soundtracks.
“KATE HAS LITERALLY WORN A RAINBOW 🌈 Our duchess of impact has quite literally used her lockdown wardrobe to send a message, and WE ARE HERE FOR IT 👏🏼,” read an Instagram post by fan royal style account Cambridgemums.
From the red L.K.Bennett dress to commemorate VE Day to the yellow blouse she wore while chatting with the staff at Casterton Primary Academy to the blue Tabitha Webb sweater she donned for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week to the purple floral Ghost dress for BBC’s Big Night In Broadcast, Kate has remained characteristically cheery during these trying times, emphasizing this disposition with her fashion choices.
“So thoughtful & clever! I am amazed,” said one commentator.
“She’s such a masterclass at Royal dressing,” said another.
Also, Prince Louis celebrated his second birthday painting rainbow-inspired artwork and was photographed with his hands covered in the vibrant colors. So maybe Kate was methodical with her Zoom wardrobe. But whether her rainbow tour was intentional or not, the duchess has nonetheless brought a smile to people’s faces over the past weeks. And while experiencing the downpour that we’re going through, it’s great to have someone offer hope for sunnier skies, where troubles melt like lemon drops.
