Lady Gaga might be eyeing another movie role. The singer and Oscar-nominated actress is reportedly in talks to join the action film Bullet Train, which stars Brad Pitt, according to Entertainment Weekly. There is no deal yet, and “it’s unclear” if one will be made, per EW. But Collider reported that Gaga has already “signed on.” Her team has yet to respond to the news.

Pitt, who plays a hitman named Ladybug, was confirmed to join the movie this summer. The thriller is directed by David Leitch, who helmed John Wick and Deadpool 2. The screenplay is adapted from Kōtarō Isaka‘s book Maria Beetle, which revolves around five assassins aboard the same train who realize their missions are connected. So far, the cast includes Michael Shannon, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Andrew Koji, and Masi Oka.

Gaga’s next film role will be in Ridley Scott‘s true-crime film about a murder in the Gucci family. The singer will star as Patrizia Reggiani, Maurizio Gucci’s ex-wife who was tried and convicted of plotting his assassination in 1995. Robert DeNiro, Jared Leto, Al Pacino, and Adam Driver are also in the cast.

These upcoming movie projects follow Gaga’s Oscar-worthy musical performance in 2018’s A Star Is Born opposite Bradley Cooper. She received an Academy Award for Best Original Song and a nomination for Best Actress. On the music front, she’s celebrating the release of her album Chromatica, which dropped earlier this year.
