Rihanna took to Instagram last night to release new album art for R8, which includes some major eyebrows and earrings, along with the title written in braille. The singer captioned the photo, “rihannaNOW.com #R8 #BBHMM #March26” sparking rumours that she may be releasing the entire album today. However, careful sleuthing revealed that the Frida Kahlo–inspired cover was actually for Rihanna’s new single. Slightly disappointing, but still good!
The hot tune – titled “Bitch Better Have My Money” – has the Bajan beauty asserting her place on top, hiatus be damned. She slides over a clattering wind-up beat, stuttering her words in that way that makes big pop songs so good for chanting while driving with the windows down through the city or be on constant repeat on the treadmill.
