The Manhatten Hanky Panky features Ford’s Gin and bitters such as Cocchi di Torino and Fernet Branca, and is finished with crunchy chocolate pearls for a sweet aftertaste. Or if you’d prefer something more savoury, Basilico’s Truffle Carbonara snowskin mooncake features an aromatic black truffle cream cheese filling.
