’Tis the season to blast "All I Want for Christmas Is You" on repeat until December 25. At least, that's what Mariah Carey has officially declared.

Yesterday, the bona fide Queen of Christmas took to social media to let us all know that November 1 is a socially acceptable start to celebrating the Christmas season—and, more importantly, to begin playing Carey's record-breaking hit holiday song, "All I Want for Christmas Is You."

In the clip, a masked Halloween ghoul of sorts sneaks into a room where once the door is opened, a pajama-clad Carey gazes at her watch and announces, "It's time!" Artificial snow then falls from the ceiling around her and her Jack Russell pups.

Every year, Carey teases her fans ahead of November 1, reminding them that as catchy as her hit holiday anthem is, there is a point where it's too early to begin playing the classic tune, as seen in the tweet below.

Last year, Carey spent the majority of the holiday season promoting her timeless hit in hopes of it hitting number one on Billboard's Hot 100 25 years after its original release. This year, Carey is set to bless fans with another holiday spectacle: Debuting on Apple TV+ soon, the streaming event will feature the diva and perhaps two very special fellow performers. After posting a photo of three director's chairs printed with the initials "AG," "MC," and "JH" on the backs, fans are convinced that Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson will be joining Carey onstage for the anticipated special.
