Last night, Fox and Machine Gun Kelly attended Clive Davis's star-studded pre-Grammy gala in Los Angeles, where Fox channeled Old Hollywood in a body-hugging scarlet evening gown. The jaw-dropping piece included a corset bodice, a skirt with ruched details at the front, and an elegant train. She paired the look with layers of diamond necklaces and a hot pink wrist brace.

She explained the brace on Instagram later, writing, "Off the plane with a broken wrist and a concussion straight to a Grammys party ????‍????."

Meanwhile, the rapper looked effortlessly cool in a black suit featuring a sleek wrap blazer and a white bedazzled turtleneck. He finished the ensemble with black dress shoes, which also featured silver studs.

In an interview last year, Fox opened up about developing her signature red-carpet style with celeb stylist Maeve Reilly.

"She's adventurous too. And she wants to dress me the way that I feel," she said of Reilly. "Obviously if you see some of the things she’s put me in we’re not trying to run away from it: we’re leaning into it. Which is fun, because this has never felt aligned with my personality before."
