Throughout the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s royal tour of Australia, Meghan Markle‘s style has been much admired.
From chic little black dresses to sustainable fashion choices, the Duchess has made a huge impact, which even led to the crashing of the websites of two Australian designers. But perhaps her cutest look to date has brought about an adorable twinning moment with her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.

Taking a day off from royal duties to rest, Meghan opted for an affordable polka-dot dress by & Other Stories. Sadly, the look has already sold out, but it appears that Meghan had the perfect inspiration for her look, thanks to a dress that Kate Middleton previously wore.
People first pointed out the striking similarity between the polka-dot midi dress that Meghan wore on Fraser Island in Australia during the royal tour, and the burgundy, long-sleeved polka dot dress that Kate wore at an official royal event just last week:
Kate wore her polka-dot look to a special reception for BBC Radio 1‘s Teen Heroes. Both Kate and Prince William met with teenagers at the event to celebrate their remarkable achievements. And the Duchess of Cambridge’s chic look is definitely similar to Meghan’s own spin on polka dots:

At the Teen Heroes reception, Their Royal Highnesses also met 16-year-old Siena who has autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.
