Archie may have missed Christmas with the royal family in Sandringham, but he's apparently been having a wonderful time in Canada with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

A source revealed to Us Weekly, "You can tell Archie’s going to be a confident social butterfly... He loves being entertained and interacting with people." The "insider" also explained, "Some children get shy or nervous around new people, but not Archie. He’ll go to anyone without kicking up a fuss!"

The source also opened up about the Christmas gifts the duke and duchess bought for their son, and it's clear that they want Archie to have as much fun as possible. Per Us Weekly's source, "Archie is Meghan and Harry’s world, and they can’t help [it]... For Christmas, they bought him books, building blocks, a baby ball pit… It’s not all about extravagant gifts for them."

The report about Archie's first Christmas comes after Meghan and Harry released a brand new photo of their son in Canada. Bundled up in a warm bobble hat, and snug UGG boots, Archie was held by his dad as the pair posed in front of a stunning backdrop of a huge lake and rolling mountains.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex included a personal caption with their year-in-review video and wrote, "Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and thanking you for your continued support! We’ve loved meeting so many of you from around the world and can’t wait to meet many more of you next year. We hope 2020 brings each of you health and continued happiness." The @SussexRoyal account also noted,"Special thanks to Chris Martin and @Coldplay for allowing us to use one of their songs."

Without a doubt, Meghan and Harry's new pic of Archie is one of the best belated Christmas gifts any of us could receive.
