Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are slated to move out of Kensington Palace and into Frogmore Cottage in Windsor this year, but the couple also has a private country home in the Cotswolds. Although the property has been kept fairly under wraps, British outlet The Sun published the first photos of the home.

Royal correspondent Emily Andrews reports that the elegant farmhouse is worth £2.5 million (about $3.2 million). The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are renting it on a two-year lease and moved in before they got married last May. They’ll reportedly keep the place as they move to Windsor this year. Andrews writes that the duo consider the Cotswold pad as “more of a home” than their current residence, Nottingham Cottage in Kensington Palace.

The idyllic property—with a farmhouse dating back to the 18th century and an attached converted barn—boasts four bedrooms (with one converted into a dressing room), an upper kitchen and lower kitchen, a sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a large dining room, and ample outdoor seating, Andrews reports.

The Sussexes have already hosted some special guests at the residence, including George and Amal Clooney, Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, and Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland, Andrews adds.

“Meghan adores the area. She and Harry love walking the dogs there, and they can entertain their friends in complete solitude,” a “friend” of the couple told the royal reporter. A source also told People back in September that the duchess “spends most of her weekends” there.

The super private residence is perfect for the future parents, who are seeking some seclusion as they start a family. (Their first child together is due this spring.) It was previously reported that Harry “wants to escape the goldfish bowl of royal life for the sake of his marriage and his unborn child,” according to royal correspondent Rebecca English of The Daily Mail.
