Last Thursday, McDonald’s Singapore announced that it’ll be “unveiling a new collection that’ll make nights in even better” on Instagram, teasing its followers with a GIF zooming in on a revere-collared shirt with a burger and fries pattern on it. Needless to say, fans of the fast food chain were Lovin’ It. Comments include: “Better than Gucci” and “take my money”.

And then on Monday, McDonald’s released the highly anticipated limited edition loungewear set with a video on Instagram featuring a couple outfitted in the pajamas set, playing video games and sharing a meal. The McDelivery Loungewear Set comes with a Happy Sharing Box B for only $24.90—a steal, if we ever saw one.

A Virgil Abloh-esque McDelivery Sleeping Mask with the words “dreaming of fries” were also available and redeemable with a promo code on orders $18 and above via the App and Website.

A cute couple, in cute matching outfits. What’s not to love, right? So, in true Singaporean fashion, fans went on the App to purchase it, and the overwhelming response caused it to crash. Many fans were left deeply disappointed that they weren’t able to purchase a set for themselves. Some even called the McDonald’s hotline to express their displeasure. And those lucky enough to have purchased a set were selling it on Carousell for $50 to $70—twice the original price without the snacks—which was undoubtedly in bad taste.

Luckily, McDonald’s heard our cries, and will be relaunching the loungewear bundle at 3pm this afternoon with a dedicated pre-order site. So hurry up and get to it!
