Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are showing a united front during their final appearances as working senior members of the royal family.
In addition to their continued outspoken support, declarations of love for each other, and sweet moments of PDA, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have found subtle ways to underscore their bond. The latest? Their fashion choices.
At today’s Commonwealth Day services at Westminster Abbey, eagle-eyed royal fans noticed that Harry’s jacket was lined in the same bold, brilliant shade of emerald green as Meghan’s showstopping cape dress by Emilia Wickstead.
In fact, the duke and duchess have worn color-coordinated outfits at each of their final three joint engagements. On March 5, Harry and Meghan attended the Endeavour Fund Awards in London in complementary shades of blue. Meghan wore a bright, form-fitting midi dress by Victoria Beckham, which popped next to Harry’s dark suit.
Then, over the weekend, the couple stunned in matching red ensembles at the Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Royal Albert Hall. Meghan wore a red Safiyaa cape dress in the same shade as Harry’s dress uniform.
Message received, loud and clear.
