Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have started their wedding celebrations with a puja, which is a Hindu prayer ritual, in Mumbai. Multiple outlets are reporting that the event is taking place at the home of Priyanka’s mother, Dr. Madhu Chopra.
The bride looked chic in her light blue Indian suit which was intricately embellished, while Jonas donned pink and cream for the occasion. Both looked to be in extremely good spirits as they were photographed wearing co-ordinating shades as they stood in the bright sun:

Earlier this week, Chopra shared a photo in which she embraced Jonas, while posing alongside a big group of people, with the caption, “Friends.. family.. ❤️.”

It’s already been reported that Jonas and Chopra will be getting married at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. A source with knowledge of the plans previously revealed to BAZAAR.com that the wedding celebrations are due to take place from November 30 to December 2.
Entertainment Tonight reports that Jonas and Chopra will be having a “mostly traditional Indian wedding,” with a source allegedly revealing that “Nick understands how important it is to Priyanka to stay true to her background, and wants her to have the best wedding day.”
