Salma Hayek Rings In Her 56th Birthday In A Fiery Red Bikini
Because why wouldn't anyone celebrate by dancing aboard a yacht.
Salma Hayek has rung in another birthday with a swimsuit-clad vacation pic.
To mark her 56th birthday last Friday, the Eternals actress posted a joyful video clip on Instagram. In the video, the star dances to Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday to You" while aboard a moving boat, balancing as she records the scene through her own phone. She also wears one of her many stylish bikinis, a bright-red halter two-piece.
“Happy 56th birthday to me!!! Feliz cumpleaños #56 para mi,” she wrote, adding "#alwaysgrateful."

Hayek also shared a peek into her evening birthday celebration, which was soundtracked by a live mariachi band. In one video, she sings along with the band and dances, moving the skirt of her ball gown flamenco-style before her husband, François-Henri Pinault, pulls her away for a dance.
For the party, the House of Gucci actress wore a vivid fuchsia gown with a V-shaped neckline and a voluminous skirt covered in matching feathers.
"What a better way to celebrate a birthday than with a Mariachi band. Que mejor manera de celebrar un cumpleaños que con Mariachis #mariachi," she captioned the post.

Hayek's Instagram has featured several iconic swimsuit photos over the past few years. Earlier this summer, she started off the season with some carefree snaps of herself in a bright-purple bikini, posing aboard a large sailboat against a perfect blue sky.
She also shared some pics from a sunny locale two weeks ago, in which she paired a black two-piece with a striped knit cover-up and a black straw fedora.

In a 2021 interview, Hayek shared her approach to aging, which involves approaching life with a sense of "wonder and openness."
"Growing old, to me, has to do with repetition. Something gets old when you’ve done it for a long time," she said. "If you’re always changing, if you’re always curious, how can you be old? You’re someone new today."
