Chalk this up as one of the things we did not see coming: Instagram queen and singer Selena Gomez is now dating The Weeknd. TMZ reports that the pair were spotted Tuesday night outside LA restaurant Giorgio Baldi, apparently after a date night, where they engaged in some heavy PDA.

It is possible that the pair met during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2015, where they were both guest musical performers.
Most recently, The Weeknd was romantically linked to model Bella Hadid, who is one of Gomez’s close friends.
Does this spell disaster for one of Hollywood’s most high-profile girl squads? We’ll have to wait to find out.
