In this full-body workout with Dawn from Barre Lab, you’ll be taken through a Barre 101 session which focuses on the arms, legs, and core. While workout equipment is usually required for barre workouts, you can substitute it in this one with a stool, yoga mat, and a towel or yoga strap if you have one. Now get your body moving!
