Delicious and easy to make! Danielle Peita Graham teaches you how you can involve your kids in the kitchen with this chicken schnitzel recipe. You can also substitute it with pork or fish fillet to change things up. Pair with potato salad, mashed potatoes, or rice and add a dash of Kewpie mayonnaise with lemon, and you're good to go.
