The Royal Family Releases Three Official Photos Of Gabriella Windsor's Wedding

Buckingham Palace has released three official photographs from Gabriella Windsor's wedding day. The royal married Thomas Kingston at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on Saturday 18 May.

The first two images, taken by photographer Hugo Burnand, were shot in the gardens of Frogmore House. One portrait showed the newlyweds on their own, and a second with them surrounded by their page boys and flower girls (above).

A third photograph depicted a family portrait, with the bride and groom alongside the Queen and Prince Philip, as well as close and extended members of both families. It was taken inside the Duchess of Kent’s Drawing Room at Frogmore House.

Lady Gabriella Windsor, or Ella, as she's known to her friends and family, is the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. Prince Michael of Kent is the Queen's cousin.

The bride wore a custom-made gown by Italian designer Luisa Beccaria for her big day.

“When we learned that she would be getting married at Windsor Castle, Ella wanted the dress to have something a bit more regal about it," Beccaria told us. "And then, when it was decided that she was going to wear this tiara that had belonged to her grandmother, Princess Marina of Greece, we started looking at pictures of her wearing it and decided to make the dress a bit more dramatic. We left it fluid at the front and kept it the same on the body, but then added the big skirt detail at the back.”

Other guests at the royal wedding included Pippa Middleton and husband James Matthews; Princess Beatrice - making her first appearance with her new boyfriend; and Prince Harry, who attended solo.
