The Story Behind Prince Harry's Sweet Christmas Card

Royal Christmas cards just might be our new favorite part of the holidays.
Today, Kensington Palace tweeted out Prince Harry's Christmas greetings: A black and white photo of Harry holding the hand of 95-year-old British veteran Tom "Ginger" Neil. It says, "Merry Christmas from Prince Harry! Here's his Christmas card photo showing one of his favorite moments from 2015."
The photo was taken in September, when Harry had been planning to fly on a vintage Spitfire aircraft on his 31st birthday as part of an anniversary ceremony celebrating World War II pilots. But the prince gave up his seat to Neil so the World War II veteran could take part after another plane meant to fly was grounded due to technical problems, according to the Telegraph.
Talk about Christmas spirit!
Harry's sweet card comes days after his brother William's family greetings: An adorable family photo of him with wife Kate Middleton and two kids, George and Charlotte.
Now we're just waiting on the Queen and her corgis!
