To Be Magnetic

Shadow work is on-going. It’s something you’ll want to incorporate into daily life, but once you do some of the heavier unblocking you’ll have a sturdier foundation and you’ll probably be able to more quickly work through new things that come up. Sometimes building that foundation can take years, or sometimes just a few months. But it truly is the best medicine if you’re wanting to feel more free, unblocked, & magnetic. ⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Being judgemental of others and yourself is the #1 sign there’s some shadow integration to do. I think everyone can relate to this on some level – you’re not alone and you’re not a “bad” person! You just have some denied aspects of self / humanity that need some love. If you have trouble accepting compliments, these are also denied aspects of self. ⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you feel very triggered by others’ opinions of you or have trouble admitting your missteps and get very defensive/confrontational, this is coming from a place of low self worth and shadow that hasn’t been owned yet. Once you’re more grounded into your authenticity and worth, it will be easier to shake these things off, be honest with yourself, but also not plug your power into others’ opinions (positive or negative). ⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do you avoid vulnerability with yourself and those closest to you? A fear of delving deep is a fear of shadow. Crack open your shadow for healing, and the magnetism (and happiness) that comes from that is MAGIC. ⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Feeling shame around your past or your present circumstances (or any shame really) is also another huge indicator that there’s shadow work to do. Shame is the biggest block in manifestation as well, and unfortunately we’ve all picked up varying levels of it. But thankfully, you can reprogram it. ⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Shed your shame, integrate your shadow, and live more freely with Unblocked Shadow (https://www.howtomanifest.com/p/unblocked-shadow) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Can you relate to any of these? Share where you’re at in your shadow work below!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #shadowwork⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #howtomanifest⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #shadowself⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #manifestation

Oh, the ego. That silly little voice in our head that tells us stories all day long. The ego is created in childhood. We are completely ego-centric as children. Meaning, we believe everything that happens to us is because of us. If our dad came home from work in a bad mood + yelled at us, we didn’t have a level of awareness that understood there were other reasons that led to his behavior. Our child self experiences the following ego story: my dad yelled at me because of me. I’m not worthy, + need to change who I am in order to be loved. Ideally, we should mature emotionally if we have parents or caregivers who model this for us. However, most of us were raised by people who are still in an ego-centric state. They believe that people’s behavior reflect who they are as a person. Their ego tells them stories that they repeat to us about who they are, who we are, and the world around us. The ego centric state is a lack, fear based state. The ego believes there is not enough, and seeks quick judgements of self + others in order to continue its fragile self image. A self false image created to protect us from the painful experience of not being seen, heard, or able to authentically express. The ego creates this false self in order to gain love + approval from the people we are desperate to receive love from. Awakening is just becoming aware of your own ego. Healing is the practice of witnessing the ego as separate from self, then finding the space of consciousness where we have choice. To begin ego work, start observing the stories that run through your mind. Right now as you read this, an ego story is happening. It might be about me. Or about you (they’re one in the same) or about someone else your ego says needs to read this. As you become more and more conscious through ego work, you’ll relax the ego. It will still engage in its chatter like a bored child. And you will be able to have the freedom to choose how you engage with it. In the comments, practice ego work below #selfhealers

⚡️VENUS + URANUS ⚡️ Joining in the skies Uranus is an ‘evolutionary’ planet meaning whatever it touches will be challenged to grow and develop in new ways. And in this case, it’s our perception of love and money (Venus). These transit will enforce change and will ultimately help us grow in perceptual awareness when we open to it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Its a good time to notice where a part of your thinking has been limiting and how new perceptions will have the power to change your future. You may now finally have the courage to throw some old ways into the fires. And then celebrate in the ashes 🐍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When patterns are stuck, unwilling to change and evolve, then they will break apart under this transit. And if that is the case for you, welcome it in because now will get a taste for your truth and freedom versus what was simply routine or safe. Trust this process. Of course be mindful though and no need to break away from a good thing just because it’s routine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stay in truth & commit to your light within. ⚡️💛⚡️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #venus #uranus #venusconjuncturanus #meditation #mindfulness #aries #taurus #gemini #cancer #leo #virgo #libra #scorpio #sagittarius #capricorn #aquarius #pisces #astro #instasign #horoscope #zodiacsigns #zodiac #cosmic #shineyourlight #astrojourney #astrologersofinstagram #astrologer #highvibe #astrology
