Even better if it is made for two. So naturally, at the top of our Valentine’s Day feast list is a dish of Sea Urchin with Ratte Potato and Coffee Foam, which will be served at 1-Altitude’s Stellar this 10, 11 and 14 February, alongside a scintillating skyline view.
