Opened by A Poke Theory and located in the Esplanade, Alter Ego offers poke bowls like its sister café in addition to the usual brunch options. If you're tired of queueing for those fish skin chips, Alter Ego offers their own twist on the popular snack; they even made a chicken skin version!
