All The Best Celebrity #10YearChallenge On Instagram

Unless you live under a social media rock (or, are one of the enlightened few not to be on it) it’s likely you have noticed a recent rush of before-and-after photos posted by friends, family, celebrities and influencers.

That's because there’s a new viral challenge spreading across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook called the #10YearChallenge, where people are posting side-by-side images of themselves from a decade ago and the present day.

Perhaps age truly is the key to confidence. In Women's Health's last Naked survey, 44% of respondents said they felt more confident than this time last year. Plus, a recent paper published in Psychological Bulletin found that you actually become more confident as you grow older, and the age 60 appeared to be when you feel full of your most positive feelings. So, a decade truly does make a difference.
