The Oscars are the crescendo of awards season, with all of the glamorous shows and parties beforehand acting as prep for the most glamorous night yet. After the awards are given out, Hollywood’s A-list flocks to the after-party, dressed in their finest, for some late-night eats. However, the food that the stars dine on goes far beyond passed hors d'oeuvres. Each year, celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck serves up any and everything these stars could want– from small dishes to dessert–seamlessly injecting a dose of glamour into each and every menu item.

As guests arrive into the Ray Dolby Ballroom, over 60 imaginative dishes swirl the room, and they're decadence at it’s finest. Celebs can start at the 2,600 pound sculpted ice bar, where they’ll find caviar parfaits topped with 24k gold, king crab legs, lobster and scallop crudo.

For those who prefer meat to fish, Miyazaki Wagyu beef tartare atop puffed black rice is almost too pretty to eat, alongside tiny taro tacos with spiced eggplant and lime pickles. Pasta lovers can find winter truffle baked cavatappi and cheese, or housemade spinach campanelle with English peas, Cipollini onions and roasted tomatoes.

The desserts continue the whimsical theme, with pastries and chocolates galore. Lychee-rose-raspberry tarts, a “Mocha Beehive” made up of a dark chocolate Rocher shell, liquid honey ganache and mocha mascarpone mousse, plus macarons in every flavor imaginable are sure to satisfy the celebrity sweet tooth.
