Dine Like A Boss At Uber-Cool Chinese Restaurant Bosses
Team BAZAAR savoured almost the entire menu and left utterly satisfied

If “The Godfather” were interpreted with a modern, oriental spin, Bosses would set the scene perfectly. The Chinese restaurant’s mandarin name alone means “secret/black society,” which is encapsulated by decadently black triad-themed interiors, illuminated by panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows.
The menu, too, deviates from tradition in the best way possible, with flavourful classics elevated with innovative techniques and western ingredients. Think xiao long bao in a pool of luscious lobster bisque; and a dim sum menu (and dim sum happy hour) that boasts a giant rice roll stuffed with succulent shrimp and pork, crispy fried beancurd skin, a medley of mushrooms and vegetables.
Creativity aside, dishes still taste as authentic as they get, and should come with the ultimate sweet finish—glorious Golden Lava Custard Buns.
