Get ready, Beetlejuice fans, because the juice is loose once again.

We are finally getting a sequel to Tim Burton’s 1988 horror-comedy hit, about a lunatic “bio-exorcist” enlisted by two ghosts to drive a living human family out of their house. The aptly titled Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will feature Michael Keaton returning as the coarse and crude spirit Betelgeuse, who is summoned when his name is said aloud three times. Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara will also reprise their iconic roles from the original, joined by newcomer Jenna Ortega.

“I really enjoyed it,” Burton told People of returning to the Beetlejuice universe. “I tried to strip everything and go back to the basics of working with good people and actors and puppets. It was kind of like going back to why I liked making movies.”

Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.
