Lady Gaga is returning to the big screen. After her Oscar-nominated performance in Bradley Cooper's A Star Is Born, the singer and actress is now starring alongside Adam Driver and an A-list cast in House of Gucci, which is centred on one of fashion's most famous families.

Directed by Ridley Scott, the feature focuses on the murder of fashion designer Guccio Gucci's grandson Maurizio Gucci. Here's what we know so far about the upcoming film.

A new trailer gives us so much Lady Gaga.

In the second trailer for House of Gucci, viewers get a glimpse into Lady Gaga's portrayal of Patrizia Reggiani—and her doomed marriage to Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver). We have a feeling this trailer will quickly birth a thousand memes.

The official trailer shows off Lady Gaga's Italian accent in full force.

The first trailer for House of Gucci shows off all the glitz, glamour, and drama that the upcoming Ridley Scott film is sure to provide. Lady Gaga steals the show within the Hollywood heavyweight packed film, as she brings a coy and cunning demeanor to the character of Patrizia Reggiani. Watch the official trailer for the film above.

House of Gucci arrives November 24.

Be on the lookout this November for Gaga's big return to film. The star shared an official poster for the production on Instagram, featuring herself in costume, wearing glamorous all-black attire, a netted veil, and deep-red lipstick.

Lady Gaga will play Maurizio Gucci’s ex-wife.

Gaga is playing Patrizia Reggiani, Maurizio's ex-wife who was tried and convicted of plotting his assassination in 1995, according to Deadline. She was behind bars for 18 years before being released in 2016.

News of Gaga's casting was first reported in November 2019, but in April 2020, news broke that MGM bought rights to the drama, which is set to premiere on Thanksgiving this year. Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner, Thelma & Louise) will helm the film and produce with wife Giannina Scott. Roberto Bentivegna will pen the screenplay based on Sara Gay Forden's book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed.

When Lady Gaga shared a photo from the set of House of Gucci featuring her and Adam Driver, the Internet, understandably, went wild. From his cable-knit sweater to her jewelry-heavy, '80s-inspired look, buzz for the film immediately skyrocketed. Driver plays Maurizio in the film, by the way, opposite Gaga's Patrizia.

There will never be a better duo.

Reactions to the iconic photo were also on point.

The cast includes further Hollywood heavyweights.

As if Gaga and Driver weren't enough of a draw, House of Gucci features some big-name stars including Al Pacino, Jared Leto, and Jeremy Irons. Jack Huston, Reeve Carney, Camille Cottin, Eva Moore, Youssef Kerkour, and Florence Andrews round out the cast.

The outfits are everything.

Several paparazzi photos have emerged from the set of House of Gucci, and it's safe to say that viewers will be dazzled with retro fashion and incredible performances.
