View legendary imagery at...Women: New Portraits
Annie Leibovitz at "Women: New Portaits" in Singapore
You’ve seen her storied photographs in fashion magazines, music billboards, Disneyland campaigns and stories of Queen Elizabeth II—Annie Leibovitz is a creative icon. A continuation of a series she started 15 years ago, “Women: New Portraits” is her latest exhibition of newly commissioned images by UBS, capturing the changes in roles of women today, from artists and CEOs to politicians and philanthropists.
Till 22 May, at Tanjong Pagar Railway Station Main Hall

Learn some French...at Voilah!
Saint Laurent during a model fitting (Photo: Pierre Boulat, Cosmos)
From gourmet picnics to a ballet of dancing lights, annual French festival “Voilah!” is back with a stellar island-wide showcase of French culture, cuisine and art till the end of May. A highlight to look out for is “Yves Saint Laurent: Birth of a Legend,” a photo exhibition by Pierre Boulat. Housed in the Alliance Française Gallery, this personal curation glimpses the designer’s life preceding the launch of the House of YSL. Almost voyeuristic, it’s a refreshing change from the styled behind-the-scenes shots we see so often today.
Till 31 May
