Inside Julia Fox's Birthday Bash With Kanye West

If it's your birthday and your man doesn't get you and all your friends Birkins, was it really your birthday?

This should be of no concern for Julia Fox, who celebrated her 32nd birthday Wednesday night at New York City's Lucien. Kanye West appeared, like Santa Claus in leather and Red Wing work boots, to bestow Hermès Birkin bags on Fox and co.

"Kanye wanted to make it special for Julia. He arranged for an extravagant birthday celebration. He showered Julia with gifts and even gifted her friends," an insider told People. "Everyone had a great time. Kanye was happy. Julia was ecstatic."

The source added that the birthday girl "has been great" for West, explaining, "She is a good focus for him and makes him relax a bit."

Another source told E! News that the rapper "not only gave Julia a Birkin, about three of their friends got their own too. They were all really excited but the friends seemed really happy and surprised. [West] is definitely trying to impress her and win over her friends."

Partygoers in attendance included model Paloma Elsesser, actress Tommy Dorfman, playwright Jeremy O. Harris, and more.

Fox's romance with West has taken off since the two met in Miami on New Year's Eve. From publishing PDA-filled diary entries on Interview to arriving at Paris Fashion Week in dramatic matching outfits, they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

"Right now, I'm just living in the moment and I don't have any expectations," Fox previously said on her Spotify podcast, Forbidden Fruits. "There's no labels, there's none of that. It's just people that make each other feel better."
