Jenna Ortega Elevates Wednesday-core In A Midnight Black Slipdress

Jenna Ortega is back to channeling the iconic Wednesday Addams from her hit Netflix dramedy, Wednesday.

At the Grey Zone opening party celebrating the new Gris Dior perfume in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the Dior ambassador was among the star guests dressed in pieces courtesy of the luxury French fashion house.

The actress wore a gauzy midnight black slipdress, featuring a scoop neckline, ruffled black trim around the waist, and a tiered billowing skirt. She accessorized sparingly, opting for a pointed dark gray choker necklace as well as an array of glittering diamond rings and bracelets with black accents.

As for her beauty look, Ortega took a soft-glam approach, with subtle smokey eyeliner and a light brown lip. She also pulled her brown hair back into a bun, with a few strands worn down to frame her face.

Ever since the premiere of the record-breaking Wednesday series, fans have celebrated Ortega's signature goth-glam style. which she has shown off both on and off the red carpet.

For instance, at the New York City premiere of Scream VI last month, Ortega brought dark glamour to the carpet via a deconstructed black-and-white shirt dress and blazer from Jean Paul Gaultier's fall winter 2022 couture collection. She spiced up the look even further with sky-high peep-toe platform heels, a black string necklace with two silver medallions, and a cherry red lip.

And at the 2023 SAG Awards, Ortega dominated the night in a one-shouldered black leather gown which featured a plunging V-cut neckline, a cinched waist, and a thigh-high slit.
