Kim Kardashian made an entrance at the 2023 TIME100 Summit in the most Kim Kardashian ensemble: a see-through ivory suit.

The unexpected look consisted of a long blazer and wide-leg pants in a sheer rain jacket-esque fabric. Underneath, she wore a skintight top in the same ivory shade, and finished the look with beige pointed-toe heels and diamond stud earrings. The reality star and soon-to-be lawyer then added some Hollywood edge the stylish nine-to-five look with her diamond "Kim" chain.

She wore a wavy top bun with loose strands of her framing her face, and opted for rosy makeup and a glossy pink lip.

The SKIMS founder was the last speaker at the event, which was held at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Her shapewear brand was named among the 100 most influential companies in 2022, by the magazine.

Time said Kardashian's brand "is now reinventing intimate apparel with an eye toward body-type inclusivity" thanks to its size range (XXS through XXXXXL). Furthermore, the garments are affordable and inclusive to all skin colors.

At the summit today, Kardashian spoke about her journey toward becoming an entrepreneur—founding SKIMS and her beauty brand SKKN—and diving into prison reform and law. Kardashian explained that becoming a mother changed her perspective on life and made her realise she wanted to help change people's lives. Plus, she said, she began choosing herself, both in her personal life and in business—making her own career moves rather than doing what people expected from her.

"I chose to put myself first for once and just choose my happiness. And I felt like I was putting so many other people and their happiness in front of my own. And it just dawned on me like, 'Why am I so concerned to make everyone else happy and not myself?'" she said.

Kardashian founded SKIMS in 2019, and her beauty label SKKN in 2022, following her split from husband-of-eight-years Kanye West. The two share four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

"And when you just choose to do that, it doesn't mean that you disregard everyone else and their feelings," Kardashian continued. "I have so many family members, so many kids, there's just a lot of people around that I like to make happy. And when you choose to do that, it just kind of re-shifts... or it re-shifted my perspective and allowed me to just focus on me, my babies, my business and what really makes me happy."
