American Indie Darlings LANY Are Back With New Music

Even if you haven't heard of LANY in name, you've definitely heard the band's voices drifting into your ears at some point over the past decade. The friendly, charismatic and strikingly relatable pop-rock group - made up of members Paul Jason Klein and Jake Clifford Goss - has been at it since 2014, churning out earworms such as 2017's "Super Far" and 2019's "Mean It," produced with fellow American indie singer Lauv. Now, the band is coming back with a new album anchored by promotional single "Love At First Fight," and ready to engage its large international audience with its new sound. We caught up with Klein and Goss on a recent tour stop in Singapore to learn more about LANY's humble beginnings as a duo, their musical evolution to date, and most importantly, all their favourite Taylor Swift songs.
