Lady Gaga

Dubbed by some as today's Queen Of Pop, Lady Gaga remains unstoppable. Besides clinching numerous music awards, she also has a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in A Star Is Born under her belt. That's not all. In 2019, launched her own cosmetic line Haus Labs and despite her punishing schedule, she also devoted her time to other philanthropic projects, like hosting Global Citizen's One World: Together At Home benefit concert. It's no wonder that she continues to win the hearts of her Little Monsters, a term used to describe her die-hard fans.

As Lady Gaga continues to dominate pop music with her latest album Chromatica (which is also her sixth consecutive album to hit the No.1 spot on the Billboard charts), we celebrate some of her most iconic and unforgettable fashion moments as seen from her music videos.

1. Lady Gaga - Stupid Love

Besides the fact that this music video was shot on an iPhone—which is a pretty impressive feat—Lady Gaga's new Chromatica aesthetic is definitely one that will stick in our minds, from the futuristic corsets and bodysuits galore to the all-round hot pink ensembles. For the wardrobe in the catchy Stupid Love music video, Gaga tapped on a slew of under-the-radar fashion labels including Vex ClothingLaurel DeWittKAIMINEzgi Cinar and Wiederhoeft.

2. Lady Gaga - Telephone ft. Beyoncé

When you put two superstars in a music video, you get a production of epic proportions. Gaga and Beyoncé clearly gave outstanding performances in the production of Telephone but we've got to say that the outfits left a pretty deep impression too, especially Gaga's Mugler hat, suit, and jacket in the jail-bailout scene, which she borrowed from the atelier's 1995 prêt-à-porter archives. Need we say more?

3. Lady Gaga - Paparazzi

A single from her The Fame album, Paparazzi was truly a pop ballad like no other filled with just the right amount of melodrama and clever fashion moments. Our favourite Gaga outfits from the seven-minute video? The form-fitting metallic bustier dress by Dolce & Gabbana and the quirky Mickey Mouse-inspired ensemble from Jeremy Scott.

4. Lady Gaga - John Wayne

We never thought Lady Gaga would embrace country until she dropped the album, Joanne. Playing tribute to the wild Americana days with her cowboy-chic closet, we can't get enough of that wide-brimmed hat she rocked by Gladys Tamez Millinery.

5. Lady Gaga - Applause

While Gaga did experiment with her sound when developing the Art Pop album, we have to say that the music video for the Applause single is a masterpiece in its own right and was probably ahead of its time. Even Brandon Maxwell was on board to dress Mother Monster herself, prior to launching his eponymous label.

6. Lady Gaga - Judas

Lady Gaga is truly a trendsetter and we're only just catching up with the stylish bandana trend in 2020. Not only that, who would have thought that the grungy-moto vibes mixed with the renaissance references could mesh so seamlessly together?

7. Lady Gaga - Born This Way

One of the most empowering tracks Gaga has ever written to date, Born This Way celebrates every individual who dares to be who they are, plus the feel-good, infectious song will keep you dancing on your feet. More importantly, the eye-catching costumes styled by Gaga's longtime fashion director, Nicola Formichetti was such a great visual treat. Formichetti was also responsible for the jaw-dropping meat dress Gaga wore for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

8. Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

The Bad Romance single truly had some of the most incredible outfits we've ever seen in a music video. Gaga truly delivered and shone through in these breathtaking get-ups by late British fashion designer, Alexander McQueen.
