You may not know what to get Dad yet, but if there is one thing we know that he will love this Father’s Day, it will definitely be something sumptuous to make him feel all warm and fuzzy inside. After all, Dads don’t seem to get as much attention as Mums when it comes to such special occasions, but we think the often silent but steady head of the household should be celebrated for his love, support and sacrifice as well. Serving up some of the best brunches, lunches and dinners that will whet dad’s appetite, ahead, we’ve compiled some of the best places to bring him for a good feast.

Black Tap

From 16 to 18 June, Black Tap will be hosting its Father’s Day special over the weekend. Juicy and tender, the savoury Boss Burger features a mouthwatering double bacon cheeseburger is crafted with American cheese, crisp lettuce, and tangy tomatoes, and perfectly balanced with pickles and Black Tap’s homemade special sauce that packs a flavourful punch and goes perfectly well with a cold pint of local craft beer.

Immerse yourself and enjoy the soulful jazz tunes, while you feast on Bread Street Kitchen’s new à la carte dishes this Father’s Day. Some of the new dishes that you can expect to find in the menu include the seared scallops, complemented by purée of cauliflower, pinenut, raisin and curry dressing, as well as seabass carpaccio, paired with avocado puree, ginger honey dressing and wakame powder. But if there’s one thing you can’t miss out when you’re there, it’d have to be the restaurant’s all-star beef wellington. Served with creamy truffle brie mash potatoes, honey roast carrots and red wine jus, this dish is more than enough for to feed two, and it’s the perfect meal to surprise your dad with on his special day.

For a lavish feast, we recommend heading over to RISE at Marina Bay Sands. Boasting over 100 celebratory carvings, including all-time signatures and desserts from around the world, you could say that the buffet spread at RISE is fit for a king. Think – 10 premium selections of fresh seafood on ice, including Alaskan king crabs, Boston lobsters, Irish sea whelks and New Zealand blue mussels, as well as Peranakan favourites such as ayam buah keluak, fish assam pedas and eggplant belado, and not to mention, there are also other local highlights like Indian tikkas and Singapore-style carrot cake and char siew pork ribs.









Treat dad to a mouthwatering meal this Father’s Day at PS. Cafe Ann Siang Hill. As part of its special menu, you can expect some delectable dishes like the creamy Baked Camembert crowned with prunes, apricots, walnuts and lashings of manuka honey, before digging into the rich, umami-filled Dry Aged Barramundi with smoked potatoes and tomato and oregano salsa. To end off your meal, don’t forget to try the Sweet & Sour Lemon Pie.









The Gyu Bar

If your dad’s a meat lover then you’ll definitely want to pamper him this Father’s Day with a premium wagyu experience at The Gyu Bar. Available from 9 to 25 June 2023, The Gyu Bar will be presenting its Hibiki-marinated Miyazaki Yakiniku. Famed for its snowflake-like marbling and remarkable depth of flavour, the premium rump cut, also known as ichibo, yields an impeccable balance of lean and marbled meat. The tender wagyu is sliced and steeped in Hibiki whisky – a blended whisky coveted for its deep floral and fruity nuances and is enlivened with ambrosial subtleties from the whisky. To complement your meal, be sure to opt for the 45ml pour of Hibiki whisky at $89++, to end your meal on a high note.

Bring the whole family out for a luxurious brunch this Father’s Day at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung. Indulge in various options, such as Hot Smoked Salmon, Tiger Prawns, Veal Sausage, Milk-Fed Veal Rack, Gammon Ham, XO Fried Rice and Seasonal Cheeses. Father’s Day specials such as Roasted Goose, Chicken Skewers, Chili Mud Crab, and Baked Halibut. To make the occasion a little more boozy, you’ll be glad to know that the brunch also comes with free-flowing champagne courtesy of Telmont, or you can even choose to imbibe on some delicious Tiki cocktails by The Bar at 15 Stamford, such as the refreshing Jungle Bird, made with Bacardi Añejo Cuatro rum.

Beef-loving dads, this one’s for you. Happening from 11 to 19 June, treat dad to a sumptuous meal at Bedrock Bar & Grill. As part of the three Course Set Lunch Special,you’ll be starting with the House Smoked Duck Breast appetiser, followed by the Woodfire Grilled Wagyu Picanha & Garlic Butter Shrimp, highlighting a 150g Australian grain-fed A4 Okan Wagyu rump cap steak grilled over Bedrock’s signature applewood fire. After you’re done with your main course, you’ll then be served a decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch mousse cake that will leave you wanting more.
