Singapore is a gastronomical haven. It wouldn’t even be an exaggeration to say that new restaurants and bars are seemingly popping up every other week — all offering something fresh, out of this world and everything in between. With so many options to consider, it can be daunting choosing where to go for dinner — let alone for a special occasion.

Here’s where we come in. We’ve rounded up the best restaurants with spectacular views to dine at in Singapore for birthdays, anniversaries and the like. From Kinki Restaurant + Bar, a waterfront rooftop bar serving up traditional and contemporary Japanese dishes, to Cook & Brew, located on level 33 of The Westin Singapore, and Fish Pool, a raw bar located within NCO Building with performances by Singapore's very first mermaid, scroll through to find out our favourite restaurants in Singapore that are perfect for spending special days at.

1. Cook & Brew

With its picturesque panoramic views of the Singapore skyline and South China Sea, Cook & Brew makes for the ideal date night spot in the city. Perched on Level 33 of The Westin Singapore, this gastro-bar offers a mouth-watering ensemble of local and international cuisine as well as a specially curated selection of craft beers, wines and cocktails—all while overlooking the Marina Bay area.

For starters, we’d suggest going with the Burrata, served with watermelon, Parma ham, heirloom tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. As for the main course, you can’t go wrong with the USDA 365 Day Grain Fed Striploin (12oz), comprising mash, greens and smoked cipollini onion emulsion. End the night on a sweet note with dessert, which includes Bailey's Tiramisu, with Bailey's ice cream and macadamia nut tuile.

Cook & Brew is at Level 33, The Westin Singapore, 12 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 2, Singapore 018961. Opens 11am to 11pm on Mondays to Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.
