Halloween 2019 is upon us, and celebrities have been bringing their best costumes to the red carpet, Instagram, and beyond. From Jessica Biel's recreation of husband Justin Timberlake's *NSYNC era look, to Demi Lovato's pitch perfect Marie Antoinette, the creativity is most definitely on point this year. While several stars have dressed up as Billie Eilish so far, others have chosen more unusual inspirations for their Halloween outfits: case in point, Heidi Klum's sparkly firework look.
