Get to know this up-and-coming French heartthrob
Lucas Bravo is stealing our hearts with his role as Gabriel, the charming chef from Normandy in Netflix's Emily In Paris. Much like his titular character, we cannot shake off the magnetic allure of his charming good looks.

Hailing from Nice in the South of France, Bravo moved about from place to place around Europe because of his father's career as a professional footballer. In an interview with Glamour, he mentioned that his mother enrolled him in an acting class when he was 11 and that probably planted the seed for him to want to become an actor.
Bravo started his career by taking up roles in a couple of French productions like Smart Ass (2014) and televised soap, Plus belle la vie. The French native also built his portfolio as a model under Tribe Management and Viva Model Management. Prior to that, he even helmed the position of a sous-chef in a restaurant much like the fictional Gabriel (the Emily In Paris production crew even got Bravo to show off omelette making skills during the audition process).
