The Drink Minor Figures Cold Brew Coffee
The fashion for cold-brew coffee is sweeping America, and, though only available at a few independent coffee shops, it wont be long before the drink hits the mainstream counters. Cold brew - a process where the ground coffee is steeped in still water for more than 12 hours - produces a sweeter, lighter flavour. Grab a carton of Minor Figures Cold Brew Coffee when you're running between shows. Available at selected London stockists: Ginger & White, Climpson & Sons, Embassy East, Pavilion and the Coffeesmiths Collective.
