A small (but incredibly decadent) piece of Paris has come to Singapore. The famed Angelina Tea Room and Pâtisserie has opened its first Southeast Asian eatery at the new Capitol Galleria. Comprising of a très chic tea salon and dessert boutique, elegantly designed like the one in Paris, it will serve up the sweet indulgences that many have travelled halfway across the world to savour. Try signatures like the Mont Blanc, a pastry of meringue, whipped cream and chestnut cream vermicelli; and the heart choking, but so delicious “African” hot chocolate made with a secret concoction of cocoa from Niger, Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
